We Did It! Devonleigh Homes Has Been Named a 2015 Tarion Awards of Excellence Finalist
2014 was a great year for Devonleigh, and we’re happy to announce that 2015 is off to an equally wonderful start!
Devonleigh has been named a 2015 Tarion Award of Excellence Finalist. This is a huge honour for us, because recipients are awarded exclusively for customer service. This is our third Tarion Award in the past five years, and we couldn’t be happier to share this news with our communities.
Tarion’s Awards of Excellence are decided based entirely on homeowner feedback. Homeowners are surveyed on their experience with their homebuilder, and Tarion compiles this feedback to name the finalists. This year, the survey was sent to more than 49,000 homeowners across Ontario who took possession of a new home between October 1, 2013 and September 30, 2014. The questions focused on homeowners’ satisfaction with their builder, covering every stage in the homeowner-builder relationship from the signing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, through construction and the pre-delivery period, to after-sales service.
Our homeowners in Orangeville, Alliston, Beeton, Huntsville, and Collingwood were asked to share their thoughts on Devonleigh. We are so thankful to our homeowners that took the time to share their feedback, and we’re absolutely thrilled that our communities had such wonderful things to say.
We’re named in the Large Volume Category alongside Fusion Homes (Guelph), Monarch Corporation (Toronto), Tribute Communities (Pickering), and Urbandale Construction Ltd. (Ottawa).
Winners for each category will be announced on Monday, April 20, 2015. We deeply appreciate your support, and thank you again for helping us achieve such a fantastic honour!
